Our major products for car and commercial industries are protectors for door, fender, quarter, B pillar and rocker panels. These protectors guard the parts mentioned from chips, scratches etc. during assembly. Car Body Protectors come in two variants. Soft Protectors and Moulded Protectors.
Soft Protectors are made with a combination of Rexene plus foam plus lint free fabric with impact protective sheets to prevent chips and scratches with holding magnets kept inside a silicon magnet housing with magnets. These are customized as per design of the car for areas like fender / Quarter / Rocker / Door panels.
Moulded protectors are made of ABS sheets to prevent dents in assembly lines. Customized moulds are made to all critical areas like fender / quarter / rocker / door panels with proper CAD drawings and mould development. The protectors are supplied by magnets and magnet housing.
